14 March 2009 Today is my first time taking order for a customer. I was so nervous that I mistook a table order. :( My manager was very angry n disappointed in my performance and he asked me to go to the kitchen to do runner. When I was about to dock off, my manager came up to me and told me that I can't do this job. He said he received complains from customers about me saying that I know how to do the job but scared of doing it wrongly. The customer also complained that my attitude was very bad. I was so sad that my tears just burst out! :( After my manager said that I could go, I walked quickly to the locker room and change to my clothes and walked faster to the toilet and cry! :( It was such a bad day for me.
